If you’re looking to build your glutes and snatch your waist, I’m your girl! My name is Taylor Ponce and I’ve helped hundreds of women change their health, lifestyle, physique, mindset, and commitment over the last 9 years.
I specialize in helping women build strong, sculpted glutes and completely transform their bodies through smart, sustainable training. After going through my own journey — from having barely any glutes to building strength and shape — I became passionate about helping other women do the same. My focus is on glute development, body recomposition, fat loss, muscle growth, and injury prevention. I work exclusively with women, and I’m all about empowering you to feel confident, powerful, and unstoppable — inside and outside of the gym!
